The One and Only Potato Shochu

Nagashima Kenjo’s shochu, including the potato shochu “SatsumaShimaBijin”, is made by blending the original shochu from five different breweries. Nagashima Kenjo’s shochu is blended, matured and bottled in accordance with the blend ratio determined at the time of the company’s establishment.
We do not make shochu from scratch in a single company.
Five breweries that existed in Nagashima Kenjo’s hometown, Nagashima-cho, make, collect and blend their own syochu liqueurs. It is a unique shochu liqueur that cannot be made if any of the five breweries are missing. Each brewer has a responsibility and the manufacturing method must remain the same.
We continue to make the unchanging taste to keep it loved. Nagashima Kenjo’s syochu liqueurs, such as the sweet potato syochu liqueur “Satsuma Shimabijin”, will continue to accompany the lives of many people in the future.
